Any Customer who had an order of MindBody GLP-1 System, and a subscription in October gets a Black Friday Bonus—an extra $5 Reward Credit. Credits will automatically appear on qualified accounts and must be redeemed on any order of $50 or more by November 30.

Discount Code Issue Dates: 11/4, 11/11, 11/18, 11/25 (no backdating)
Discount Code Expiration: 11/10, 11/17, 11/24, 12/1
Any Consultant with a Subscription of any amount set up on their account in November will get 1 Customer and 3 Consultant discount codes to share every week, starting the Monday after the Subscription is created. New codes will be issued at 11 AM (MST) every Monday. Codes expire at 11:59 PM (MST) on the following Sunday.

Customer Bonus Reward Credit
- Qualification period is from October 1, 2024, through October 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM (MDT).
- Promotion is available in the US.
- Promotion is available to LifeVantage Customer Rewards Circle participants.
- Promotion is available to Customers who purchased MindBody GLP-1 System and had a subscription in October.
- Reward Credit redemption subject to same requirements as regular Rewards Circle rules (may be redeemed on orders of $50 or more, any order type).
- Reward Credit maximum promotional earning is $5.
- Promotional Reward Credit will be issued at the beginning of November 2024 to qualified participants (please note scheduled order system outage on November 1 means credits cannot be redeemed until ordering is back online).
- Accounts must be in good standing to participate in the promotion.

- Promotion is available to Consultants who have a Subscription set up in November. Order does not need to process in November to qualify. There is no minimum SV amount required to qualify.
- Promotional offering includes a 10% discount for 3 new Consultants who purchase an Enrollment Pack and 1 code for Customers making a first-time purchase.
- Discount codes will be issued each Monday in November by 11 AM (MST) and will expire the following Sunday evening at 11:59 PM (MST).
- Usage of discount codes discounts new Customer or Consultant volume.
